Does SynergyXR offer any AI tools as part of the platform?

A short clarification on what AI services are (and are not) used inside SynergyXR, and how customer data is handled.

Short answer

SynergyXR does not include any generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) features. The only AI service used in the product is Microsoft Azure Speech (text-to-speech) with Microsoft's prebuilt neural voices, used to render authored text (for example, procedure step instructions) as spoken audio inside training experiences.

What this means in practice

The Azure Speech service is used in one narrow way: customer-authored text is sent to Microsoft's Speech endpoint, which returns synthesized audio rendered with one of Microsoft's prebuilt neural voices. SynergyXR does not develop, train, or fine-tune any AI model, and customers do not interact with prompts, model selection, or any generative tooling.

No other AI components are present in the platform. There is no chatbot, no content generation, no image or video synthesis, no autonomous decision-making, no profiling, and no scoring of users.

How customer data is handled

No customer data is used to train any AI model. Microsoft's published data privacy and security terms for prebuilt voices state that customer inputs are processed in real time and are not retained or used to train Microsoft's models. The full reference is available here:

Sub-processor relationship

Microsoft (Azure) is already listed as a sub-processor in the SynergyXR Data Processing Agreement (Schedule 1, Section B.1, of the SynergyXR Terms and Conditions). Azure Speech is part of Microsoft's Azure Cognitive Services and is covered under that existing sub-processor relationship.
