How do I move when using SynergyXR for VR?

There are two ways in which you can move when using SynergyXR for VR.

1) Depending on the size of the boundary area you have set up you can move physically around           within your boundary.

2) Using the small thumb stick on your controller you can teleport yourself in the virtual space.
