      How to fix video stream issue from Hololens2 to PC using SynergyXR

      If experiencing issues when streaming video from HoloLens to PC, please follow this guide to alleviate the issue.

      1. Go to "Settings" on your HoloLens2 device and select “Privacy”

      2. Go to "Camera" and toggle the permission on for “SynergyXR – For HoloLens”

      3. Go back to "Settings" menu and select “System”

      4. Go to “Holograms” and select “Remove all holograms”

      5. Go around to re-scan your environment and launch SynergyXR again.
        Video stream from HoloLens2 to PC should now work.
